Personalized skincare means that the products are custom made to suit your exact skin profile, lifestyle & environment. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We get to know you and your skin through a series of simple questions after which, we pair you with formulas with ingredients that target your unique concerns. 

Once you have filled out the skincare analysis, you can click on “View Your Results” on the homepage to view your recommended products (This only works if you are still using the same browser).

You also get an email with your results on the email ID you entered in the skincare analysis. The email would have come from sayhello@suhiandsego.com with the subject “your custom remedy is ready” (PS - check your spam if you can’t find the email!) 

You can buy your recommended products from the results page on the website or from the results email.

At Suhi & Sego, we offer a complete face-care regimen with 6 personalised products. You will see the same 4-6 products every time you fill the skin analysis, however each product is custom made for you with ingredients tailored to your skins needs. 

So although each person will get recommended 4-6 products, the formulations will differ from person to person!

As your skin ages, your skin’s capabilities and needs change. While formulating your products, we take age into consideration so that the ingredients can be tailored accordingly to your skins maturity level.

To give you an example, the skin’s ability to repair itself reduces with age. Therefore, a day cream for mature skin will have stronger peptides to help repair compared to a day cream for younger skin.

The Over the Counter essentials are high-performing, holistic products that have been formulated to suit most of you. 

However, opting for personalised products will give you a product that is suited for your exact needs. They will be customised according to your unique skin type, skin concern, lifestyle and environment.

There are a few ways you can reorder the same formula again: 


1. Using your account history:

- Log into your account on www.suhiandsego.com/account using the email ID you ordered with last time. If you do not already have an account, you can create one using the email ID you ordered with last time.

- Click on the order # you wish to repurchase from 

- Click “Reorder” and the product will be added to your cart


2. Using your results email: 

- Search for an email from sayhello@suhiandsego.com with the subject “your custom remedy is ready” 

- Add the product you wish to purchase to your cart from the email itself

3. Contact the team:

Whatsapp, email or instagram message us & we would be happy to send you a cart filled with your custom remedies!

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom products.  If you haven’t fallen in love with your products, you have 30 days to either: 

- Request a return wherein we will readjust your formula and send you your new remedies free of charge

- Return your order for a full refund 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original containers. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Our current delivery timeline is 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your custom products are on their way.

We cannot always guarantee an edit but we’re happy to try and accommodate it within 24 hours.  If you wish to edit your order, please email us at sayhello@suhiandsego.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

However in the case of an order cancellation, we will try our best to accommodate your request within 24 hours of your purchase, provided our team has not started processing it already. If processed, we cannot guarantee any cancellation.  

Yes we do. We’re happy to take Suhi & Sego to every corner of India. 

Unfortunately, at the moment Suhi & Sego, products are available in India only.
